What ages do you see?
Teens to adults. Referrals for younger children can be provided.
What are your hours?
Typically 11:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday. Occasionally weekend appointments are available.
Do you offer free initial phone consults?
No — However, you can email any questions you may have prior to booking an intake session. Please see the contact information below.
How much do sessions cost?
Out of pocket cost varies dependent upon insurance versus self-pay. Cost with insurance will vary depending on your deductible, copay, etc. You can contact the number on the back of your insurance card for specifics regarding cost. Without insurance, self-pay is $175.
How long do sessions last?
Sessions last around 53 minutes. This allows Addie to have a brief break between clients so she can prepare for the next session, reset, and be fully present for each client.
Can you prescribe meds?
No, but referrals to a Primary Care Physician (PCP) or Psychiatrist for medication management can be provided.
Do you offer testing?
No, but referrals for psychiatric testing can be provided.
Can you write an ESA letter?
No, but your Primary Care Physician (PCP) and/or Psychiatrist is able to.
